His career path has not been a straight line. From drafting legislation on Capitol Hill to building and selling companies, advising conservative elected officials, guiding nonprofits, and working with Veterans, Connor understands how systems function and how to make them work for real people.

Law and Government
Connor developed an early passion for the legislative process in Washington, D.C., where he advised lawmakers in both the United States Senate and House of Representatives on legislation affecting federal programs, Veterans Affairs, infrastructure investments, and healthcare.
He later served in senior legal and policy roles at the state level, advising elected officials on small business resilience, budget appropriations, and regulatory reform. Connor helped shape the very laws and regulations his clients now face, an advantage he uses to help clients navigate red tape and governmental overreach.
Business and Entrepreneurship
In the private sector, Connor knows firsthand what small businesses face. He has launched businesses from scratch, not through privilege or permission, but by taking risks and committing to the work. He launched and sold his first company while in his twenties, and has since led ventures in healthcare distribution, consulting, and public affairs.
Connor currently serves as Executive Director of Business and Legal Affairs for Dry Eye Rescue, LLC, ranked 51 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. He focuses on advising small business owners with practical guidance as someone who has been in the trenches.
Fundraising and Nonprofits
Connor has extensive experience in fundraising and nonprofit development across 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 501(c)(6) organizations, as well as political action committees. Before launching his firm, Connor worked in higher education advancement at a major public university, where he learned the full spectrum of fundraising from five-dollar grassroots asks to multi-million-dollar gifts.
